Avesta property development company is aiming to construct the world’s tallest building, in Khazar artificial Islands complex, in Baku, Caspian Sea, in oil-rich Azerbaijan.

The complex will include a business center soaring to 1050 meters (3,645 feet), which would be 922 feet taller than Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
