Invisible Mercedes F-Cell model

Mercedes wanted to promote its new fuel cell vehicle and instead of placing it squarely in front of everyone in the world, the company decided to make the car invisible.

As part of a marketing plan to call attention to its zero-emissions F-Cell model, the Mercedes Benz swathed a side in LEDs.

A Canon was mounted on the other side of the car so that video of its surroundings could be shown on the LED panel — rendering the car all but invisible.
