The Scamander amphibious designed and built by Peter Wheeler, the man who owned British automaker TVR for 23 years, is a truly all-terrain vehicle.
evo‘s Editorial Director Harry Metcalfe, who tested the amphibious, says that is “the most amazing vehicle you’ve ever seen.”
The Scamander has 300-horsepower V6 engine, can reach 60 miles per hour in eight seconds, and attain top speed of 120 mph.
