The “Watertower” by Brooklyn artist Tom Fruin, is made from 1000 salvaged and recycled plexiglass and steel pieces, is 14-foot-tall, and mounted on the steel water tower structure.  Photographer Robert Banat

The structure which opens on June 7, atop a building of artist studios in DUMBO, will be illuminated by the sun during the day and light sequences by projection designer Jeff Sugg at night.
