Hiriko Folding Car ready for sale next year

The Hiriko folding city car created by Denokinn and MIT’s Changing Places group, is an ultra-compact electric car that can fold to fit into tight parking situations. It will be ready for sale next year around the world!

Hiriko, a two-seat designed specifically for the city and for urban car-sharing programs.

The high-tech electric powered vehicle is expected to cost around $16,000, has 75 miles range, and the most important, features spinning wheels that allow it to move sideways and making parallel parking.
