Yangtze River mysteriously turns Red

Residents of Chinese city Chongqing got a great surprise yesterday, after they looked out at the Yangtze River. The river, which usually has a light-brown hue, became red-orange and officials have no idea why!   There was the same phenomenon here.   Watch the video

Yangtze River is the longest and largest river in China and the third longest river in the world.
