Comandante Ferraz Antarctic Research Station by Estudio 41, is the winning proposal for the new home of Brazil in Antarctica. The base was destroyed by a fire in February 2012.
NASA Rover Grover set to Explore Greenland Ice Sheet
NASA Rover GROVER, which stands for both Greenland Rover and Goddard Remotely Operated Vehicle for Exploration and Research, is on its way to Greenland for over a month of testing on the ice-covered environment.

Brazil’s Antarctic Station by Triptyque Arquitetura
This as a potential design replacement of the Brazil’s Comandante Ferraz Antarctic Station, by architectural firm Triptyque Arquitetura. The base was destroyed by a fire in February 2012.
IceBridge Flight over Baffin Island
A flight over the stunning landscape of eastern Greenland‘s Geikie Peninsula and a survey of a Canadian ice cap. IceBridge closed out the fourth week of its Arctic campaign.
