Qatar’s Amphibious Resort Island
This innovative project has been designed by the Giancarlo Zema Design Group for an Arabian commission. It is the first semi-submerged hotel resort called Amphibious, stretching out from the land into the sea and extending 1km parallel to the land with two ‘arm’ landmasses.

Shanghai Oriental Sports Center

Milan’s new Museum of Contemporary Art
The definitive project for Milan’s new Museum of Contemporary Art, to be built as part of CityLife, the redevelopment area of the former Milan Trade Fair site, was presented at the Urban Center, in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The new space will further enhance the position of Milan and its surrounding area in the international modern and contemporary art world, following the opening of the Triennale Design Museum and the Museo del Novecento (Museum of the Twentieth Century).
