Indonesian defense firm PT Lundin, which owns North Sea Boats, under the trade name North Sea Boats, designed a marine ship tank operating at sea and shallow waters.
According to the President Director of PT Lundin, John Lundin, the design is the first in the world.
The X18 boat can be used for operations at sea and river, to support the landing of amphibious forces and heavily armed. To suppress the weight of the tank itself will be used composite materials. The material is 10 times stronger than steel. Modern technology of composite materials can help the construction.
