The Luzinterruptus latest urban interventions in public space, is an artistic labyrinth of plastic waste created from 6000 illuminated bottles.
Luzinterruptus is an anonymous artistic group that use light as a raw material and the dark as their canvas.
The two members of the team come from different disciplines: art and photography and have wanted to apply our creativity in a common action, to leave lights throughout the city so that other people put them out. The labyrinth of plastic waste was created for Poland’s Katowice street art festival using garbage bags that hung by their handles from a big metallic structure made from modular and reusable elements. With LED lights the structure is illuminated at night.
