A study by European Commission, found vehicles fitted with this technology reduced traffic accidents by 27 percent, preventing up to 8,000 deaths and between $6.05 and $9.7 billion saved each year!
AEB system uses radar and laser to sense an impending collision.
Autonomous emergency braking will also sense pedestrians and apply the brakes before impact.
