A recognizable world-class opera house, with a capacity of main hall to receive an audience of 1800 people.
The interior of the building is invested by wood, that consort with the large glass sheets.
Pedestrians will be able to stroll up to the roof of the building.

From Snohetta:

A space where the ground meets the sky.
The city meets the ocean and Busan meets the world.
The opera in Busan will mark a paradigm shift for urban cultural space:
From the static object to the dynamic space
From the closed container to the open stage
From the passive to interactive
From an elastic monument to a democratic arena
From a place for a new to a place for many
