Edifice Sphere skyscraper

This magnificent structure is called the Edifice Sphere. The concept Spherical skyscraper by EQUIP Xavier Claramunt, is a hundred stories tall structure, but instead of being a tower, it is actually a sphere within a sphere.

This modern design with total area covered 1.660.900 square meters, would be as big as a township; and, it is planned as such.

There are actually two spheres; one housed inside the other. The inner sphere has been created to have offices, green public spaces and cultural facilities. The outer sphere has housing units that have a view of the outside as well as the inside.

The large open public areas form the space between the two spheres, are shielded from the outside environment and its climatic changes offering ideal living conditions in any kind of environment.

This may seem like something out of a science fiction movie right now, but it is dreams like these that create our future reality.
