According to scientists the new film Interstellar has the most realistic black hole ever, and that special effects may result in ‘important scientific discovery.’

The model of a black hole in Interstellar created by calculations of astrophysicist Dr Kip Thorne from the California Institute of technology, is thought to be the most accurate depiction of a black hole ever!
Two scientific papers are being written based on this depiction.
In Christopher Nolan’s film Cooper (Matthew McConaughey), leaves a dying Earth on a journey across the Universe, to save humanity.
According to Wired, Paul Franklin VFX Supervisor for the film, said:
‘So rather than looking like Saturn’s rings around a black sphere, the light creates this extraordinary halo.’
