Icon Magazine’s ‘rethink’ concept asks organizations to update things that they believe have been poorly designed, and the UK-based Studio Family took the challenge to adapt the Holy Bible.
Saying that the Bible was just content-heavy literature, the group transformed it into an accessible online app replete with icons, summaries and a simplified indexing system. Almost 2,000 years in the making, the app also includes a feature which allows users to access random excerpts from the Bible by shaking their device and geo-location for searching churches or other places of worship.
