The landmark structure designed by Melbourne-based architecture firm studio505, rises out of an artificial lake in the center of the city.
The impressive building has been awarded the China Steel Structure Award by the China Construction Metal Structure Association.
Visitors enter to the complex via an underwater tunnel, connecting the park and the shore.
