Why we all need to Care about Climate Change

A new report entitled ‘Risky Business’ explores the economic and other risks of climate change in the United States by region and predicts an extreme and dystopian future. Image credit EPA

The study foresees that both U.S. coasts will experience rising ocean levels and subsequent land loss, the southwest be subjected to massive forest fires and drought, and the south will suffer periods of extreme heat. Fortunately, there are still ways to fight climate change that include eating local and organic produce, buying sustainable products, and burning less fossil fuels.
