The Phare Tower by by American architect Thom Mayne of Morphosis agency, a major architectural project in the district of La Defense, Paris. With 297 m high, it will be the tallest tower in France, after the Eiffel Tower.

“The project had to meet the following requirements:
A height of 297 meters, making the Phare Tower second tallest building in France after the Eiffel Tower.
An architecture in harmony with the Grande Arche and the CNIT, La Défense major monuments.
A tertiary area of 147,000 sq.m., with capacity for 8,500 employees, integration of the pedestrian bridge linking the Place Carpeaux, located on the square of La Défense.”
