Mother Vera, Born on November 21, 2002 in Moscow. Vera came to Nuremberg from the Rostocker Zoo together with female polar bear Vilma on October 7, 2004. Her parents are father Vrangel, in the Moscow Zoo since 1991, and mother Simona, born in St. Petersburg and in the Moscow Zoo since 1997. Born on November 24, 2001 in Vienna. Felix came to Nuremberg from the Zoo in Karlsruhe (Germany) on October 22, 2004. Due to the birth of the cubs, Felix was living temporarily in the Ruhrzoo Gelsenkirchen.
