Residential units, offices, retail space and diverse areas of public recreation, are part of the Organic Cities project in the UAE developed by the Luca Curci architects.
The project by the Italian studio Luca Curci architects, will have over 150,000 inhabitants and it comprises of five extreme futuristic buildings on land and five crescent-shaped ‘moons’ on the sea offering secluded private beaches.
Over 800,000 square meters will be dedicated to hotels and spas, while shopping malls, galleries and museums will occupy 6,300,000 square meters of the plot.
