According to, it fell 1 kilometer from its launchpad less than a minute of taking off and no casualties have been reported.

The rocket propellant used is the hypergolic oxidizer dinitrogen tetroxide with the toxic and carcinogenic fuel unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine, which leads to the brown smoke, massive fireball, and inevitable environmental contamination during the crash.
