The funky designed, with the ridged outer edge Speedo Nemesis Fins, was inspired by the anatomy of humpback whales.
According to Speedo, the design will help swimmers displace more water than traditional fins.
The $40 new Nemesis are made by EVA extremely buoyant foam, which means they float.
