The architectural design by the Russian architect and businessman Vasily Klyukin adopts the form of ‘winged victory of Samothrace’ 2nd-century BC Greek statue as the anatomy of a unique residential skyscraper. Motivated by his interest in the myths and legends of ancient Greece his ‘Nike’ building overlooks a vast waterfront.
Vasily Klyukin believes that a symbolic building project greatly contributes to the development of economy, attraction of investment and the increase of tourism.
