‘Dogen City’ Floating Healthcare Metropolis

Dogen City is a smart healthcare floating city on the sea that integrates food environment, architecture, data, energy, and ocean resource with a focus on healthcare.

This innovative proposal by N-ARK Japanese maritime startup will integrate food production, architecture, data, energy, and ocean into one symbiotic system which utilizes maritime water as a new and resilient economic zone called ‘NEW OCEAN.’

“Through private-sector ocean business innovation, we will make the ocean a new economic zone (NEW OCEAN) and create an ocean economic zone that is resilient to climate change.”

The concept is “Dogen” which means the integration of medicine, food, and housing as the same origin. A smart healthcare floating city to adapt to climate change.
