A massive water reservoir has been discovered on Mars, large enough to cover the whole planet with water 1 to 2 kilometers deep, or about a mile.
This discovery, made after years of data analysis from NASA’s InSight Mars mission, finally answers the long-standing question of what happened to Mars’ water.
