Samsung Heavy Industries World's Largest Container Ship

World’s largest Container Ship will be over 1,300-feet long, about the equivalent of four football fields combined.

Four 20,000 TEU class container ships, world’s largest Container Ships, will be built by Samsung Heavy Industries for Japans Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, at the total cost of 609.2 million dollars.

The gigantic Container Ships delivered by 2017, will be capable of carrying 20,100 containers.
