The new 1,001-horsepower Audi Nuvolari supercar has been officially revealed.

The all-new Audi Nuvolari has officially been revealed, bringing 1,001 horsepower and becoming the most powerful production car Audi has ever built.

Designed as the successor to the R8, the Nuvolari combines Audi engineering with Lamborghini-derived hybrid technology to deliver hypercar-level performance.

At its heart is a mid-engine hybrid system featuring a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 and three electric motors. Together, they produce a massive 1,001 hp. The V8 alone delivers 800 hp and 730 Nm of torque, revving all the way to 10,000 rpm.

Power for the electric system comes from a 7.3 kWh lithium-ion battery. Two oil-cooled electric motors sit on the front axle, providing up to 2,150 Nm of torque and advanced torque vectoring through Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system. A third electric motor is positioned between the V8 engine and transmission, completing the hybrid setup.

Performance is nothing short of spectacular. The Nuvolari can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds, reach 200 km/h in 6.8 seconds, and exceed 350 km/h at top speed.

The car also debuts a new Audi Space Frame combined with a carbon-fiber body. Nearly every exterior panel is made from carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer using motorsport-inspired manufacturing techniques.

Production will be limited to just 499 examples, with customer deliveries expected to begin in the first half of 2027.
