The terminal will boast a green roof hosting a functional vineyard, spanning 19 acres (7.6 hectares) with 38 rows. Overcoming challenges related to irrigation and cultivation, a renowned local winemaker will oversee the vineyard, producing wine to be aged in specialized cellars beneath the terminal.
