Drone becomes almost Invisible

A tiny drone becomes almost invisible by spinning faster than the eye can see.

A single motor spins the propeller in one direction while the drone’s body rotates in the opposite direction, making it almost impossible for the human eye to see clearly during flight.

Called Phantom Twist, the new drone spins up to 25 times per second—too fast for human vision to track. It doesn’t actually disappear, but it turns into a faint, ghost-like blur that blends into the background.

The technology could one day help drones monitor wildlife and survey the environment with much less visual disturbance.
