Incredibly Powerful Microburst Storm

Time lapses of the evolution of a strong microburst storm, captured from Phoenix Sky Harbor international airport…

The microburst happened just south of the airport in South Phoenix / Foothills area. Heavy rain from this storm eventually promoted a flash flood warning from the Phoenix National Weather Service.
