Kawasaki’s Corleo is a hydrogen-powered robot horse concept shown at the Osaka Kai Expo 2025. It’s built to move like a real horse and handle tough terrain with ease.
The Corleo has special rubber hooves with sensors, a high-tech suspension system, and tools that help it sense and adapt to different ground surfaces. This gives it better balance and movement on all kinds of terrain.
The robot runs on a 150cc hydrogen engine and can travel up to 150 miles, offering a clean energy option.

Looking ahead to 2050, Kawasaki plans to introduce the ‘Alice System,’ a future public transport network for comfortable travel, and Corleo as a new type of personal vehicle that can reach places other machines can’t.
