ORBIA is a self-propelled flying tray that can travel through space, avoid obstacles, and deliver items directly to the user wherever they are.
Most objects around us stay still and need someone to move them. But what if they could move on their own?

This idea by designer Ivana Nedeljkovska led to thinking about objects not as passive things, but as active parts of the space we live in.
From early machines to today’s smart technology, the trend is clear: Objects are becoming more dynamic and interactive.

Eventually, it was shaped into a 3D design, helping to better understand its form, how it exists in space, and how it interacts with its environment.

“Instead of creating yet another static object, the goal was to imagine an object that exists in motion. I asked myself: why shouldn’t a serving tray move on its own?
Why shouldn’t it come to the user, take an object, and carry it to where it is needed,
instead of the user always having to do it themselves?”
