SpaceX‘s Super Heavy booster launched a Starship upper stage for the eleventh full test flight from Starbase, Texas, on October 13, 2025, at 23:23 UTC (18:23 CDT).
According to SpaceX, this flight repeats a suborbital path and achieves goals missed in the last three tests, including the deployment of eight Starlink satellites.
The Super Heavy booster, which also flew on Flight 8, used 24 reused Raptor engines. Its main goal was to test a new landing burn setup for a planned splashdown offshore.
