The Avert autonomous robots can deployed in a threat situation to remove vehicles which are blocking access, without danger to human life.
Avert is an EU-funded collaborative research project. Its objective is to extract and remove both blocking and suspect vehicles from vulnerable positions such as enclosed infrastructure spaces, tunnels, low bridges as well as under-building and underground car parks.
