Scientists unveiled plans to build device, that could be the most viable nuclear fusion reactor ever.

Fusion power is the generation of energy by nuclear fusion. Fusion reactions are high energy reactions in which two lighter atomic nuclei fuse to form a heavier nucleus.build a new kind of nuclear fusion and efficient design yet.

Physicists at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), are developing spherical tokamaks, devices that are shaped like cored apples, compared with the bigger, doughnut-like shape, of conventional tokamaks.

The spherical torus/tokamak (ST) is a leading candidate for an FNSF due to its potentially high neutron wall loading and modular configuration.
