A brutal sandstorm blankets the battlefield as two A-10 Thunderbolt (Warthog) pilots, Donk and Billy Bob, launch a desperate mission in Baghdad, April 2003.
Their friend and fellow pilot, “Coke,” is on the ground serving as a forward air controller, struggling to stay alive and return home for the birth of his first child. With a U.S. armored unit trapped and out of ammunition, Donk and Billy Bob break the rules of engagement and plunge into the fight. Through heavy enemy fire, they risk everything to save their brother.
