According to US Environmental Protection Agency standards, Beijing’s pollution levels are now at “hazardous” levels.

An estimated of 1.6 million people die per year, in relation to the high pollution levels.

Beijing’s Environmental Protection Bureau, announced on social media.

“People should to the best of their ability reduce outdoor activities. If you are engaging in outdoor activities you should wear a mask or take other protective measures.”
