Bugatti’s Sur Mesure customization division has revealed one of its most unique creations yet: the $5 million Bugatti W16 Mistral Caroline supercar.

The Bugatti W16 Mistral “Caroline” represents the peak of open-top hypercar performance and marks the final chapter of Bugatti’s legendary W16 era. Created through the Sur Mesure program, it goes beyond engineering to become a true work of craftsmanship and art.

Designed as a personal tribute, the car celebrates family and individuality at the highest level. Its owner, a long-time Bugatti client, wanted a design that feels delicate, elegant, and unique.
