HW Electro’s Puzzle modular electric minivan is a small commercial van with a puzzle-inspired design.
HW Electro introduced Puzzle, Japan’s first LCV vehicle (Light Commercial Vehicle), during the Japan Mobility Show 2023.
Expected to go into production in 2025, it’s all about being eco-friendly, connected, and making a positive impact.
After debuting at the Japan Mobility Show, it’s heading to New York, where HW Electro plans to launch it in North America.
The minivan features solar panels, and is compact, measuring only 133.7 inches (3,395 mm) long, 58.1 inches (1,475 mm) wide, and 75.6 inches (1,920 mm) tall. It’s even smaller than a Fiat 500 and falls into the small Japanese kei car category.
The van’s design allows some panels to be easily replaced, saving money and reducing waste.
