Starship Launch will only cost $2 Million

SpaceX‘s Starship launch will only cost $2 million per mission, or 1% of current NASA launches.

Elon Musk, SpaceX founder and CEO, said the Starship rocket could launch for just $2 million per mission and that the rocket will only use $900,000 worth of propellant to take-off.

Musk explained during an event:

“If you consider operational costs, maybe it’ll be like $2 million. This is much less than even a tiny rocket, so it’s something that needs to be made.”
