The Russian engineer Oleg Pevtsov that designed this very unique bolt, said:
“I was able to cut it with a cutter on a lathe, a multi-pass (ten passes) thread in two directions, both right and left on the same bolt at once.”
“Carved a threaded nut in two directions as you asked. It turned out very cool. Bolt with metric thread in two directions. Two nuts, one with a left-hand thread and the other with a right-hand thread in ten rounds.”
