i worked in the recycling plastic and extrusion factories if they are throwing away the bottles then the community is not recycling properly my company produced plastic and recycled and sold the pellets to other companies so this really deceiving info at least in the usa all the plastic can be recycled the plastic can be cleaned ground down ran back thru the extrusion process again and again
