The world’s biggest sailing yacht, the 722-foot Orient Express Corinthian, has just launched.

The Orient Express Corinthian was launched on June 16 at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France.

At 727 feet (220 meters) long and weighing 26,200 gross tons, the Corinthian is now the largest sailing yacht in the world. It can carry up to 110 passengers and marks the first luxury sailing vessel from Orient Express and the French hotel group Accor.

The yacht has three masts, each 100 meters (328 feet) tall, with a total of 16,146 square feet of rigid sails. These sails can be folded away when not needed.

What sets it apart is its eco-friendly design—it can run completely on renewable energy, which is rare for a cruise ship this size.
