Alef received a Special Airworthiness Certification from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the”Model A” flying car.
Alef Aeronautics unveiled its “Model A” flying car in October 2022, which is both road drivable on public roads and also has vertical takeoff and landing capabilities.
It is the first time a vehicle like this has received legal approval to fly from the FAA.
Alef is taking deposits for pre-orders for its “Model A” car for $300,000 on its website.
