LIVE- Solar Impulse Airplane – D-1 Broadcast Flight From Nanjing to Hawaii:
Solar Impulse airplane piloted by Swiss André Borschberg took of from Nanjing Lukou Airport in China, and is heading to Hawaii on the longest leg of its round-the-world flight.
Solar Impulse powered only by the sun, started the 8,500 kilometre (5,270 mile) flight and could set a record for duration by a single pilot.
