Comet landing live

NASA’s live coverage of the first landing on a comet begins at 9 a.m. EST (14 UTC) on Wednesday.

The ESA’s (European Space Agency) Rosetta spacecraft if successful, the landing will mark the first time humans have landed a probe on a comet.

Rosetta is due to release the Philae lander down to the comet’s surface on Wednesday
