The Colossea mega-yacht by Pierpaolo Lazzarini, a colossal floating hub spanning 204 meters (699 ft), pays tribute to the historic N1 airship, later known as Norge, which embarked on its maiden voyage from Rome on March 1, 1924.

Colossea blends classic design with modern materials and technology, maintaining the dimensions of the 1924 airship while upgrading its structure and propulsion. Constructed entirely from lightweight carbon fiber, the airship boasts eight electric engines and a customized upper deck shaped to facilitate take-off and landing.

Inspired by the achievements of the Norge, Colossea features 22 compartments within its airship, housing essential components such as LH2 tanks and batteries, as well as passenger cabins.
