Manta Ray is:
-Capable of carrying various payloads for different missions
-Autonomous, requiring no human support on-site
-Energy-efficient, able to anchor on the seafloor and enter a low-power hibernation state
-Modular, allowing easy shipment in five standard shipping containers for global deployment and on-site assembly.
