Elon Musk wants to merge computers with human brains, to help people keep up with machines.
The billionaire entrepreneur launches Neuralink, to develop “neural lace” technology that would allow people to communicate directly with computers.
the company is working on a brain-computer interface venture, and aims to implant tiny electrodes in human brains.
Musk said at the Vox Code Conference:
“I don’t love the idea of being a house cat, but what’s the solution? I think one of the solutions that seems maybe the best is to add an AI layer. A third, digital layer that could work well and symbiotically.”
