The 2020 Tail Clip

The well-known three-side long tail clip, has been upgraded to four-side long tail clip.

The new tail clip has significantly improved the disadvantage of great force when open it. The clever design can save almost 50% of the lever force.

Designers JiaYi Cai, JiaLiang Cai and Zhiping Chen, explain:

“Quadrilateral long tail clamp body distributes a more uniform load, solving the disadvantage of finger pain when users are using the clip. We have designed different clips based on different sizes on the market. By making a new stress point at the turning point of the quadrilateral long tail clip, we save the cost. At the same time, users can use it more gracefully. This design solves the disadvantage and upgrades the product functionality, Suitable for turning pages, 13% less material, four sizes available to choose which can be labeled for better classification.”
